Green Building & Low Carbon Materials
100% of new projects in 2025 are planned as green buildings. With 90.58% local material procurement, we reduce Scope 3 emissions and strengthen supply chain resilience.
Water Resources & Ecological Restoration
We implement water-saving measures and habitat restoration at Longfeng Valley and Tamsui. Through ecological tourism, we ensure our operations coexist harmoniously with nature.
精實營建管理
將捷集團以精實營建管理落實永續設計，透過綠色友善施工、污染防制、社區溝通、品質稽核與數位品管，降低營造與營運對環境及鄰里的影響。自有營造廠導入品質 APP 與 ISO 9001 管理，強化工程品質與透明追蹤。
碳盤淨零
將捷集團依循 ISO 14064-1:2018 進行溫室氣體盤查，2025 年總排放量5,433.45噸 CO₂e，較2024年下降5.67 %；其中範疇二外購電力排放下降 9.65%。集團將持續擴大盤查邊界，作為淨零路徑與減量決策基礎。
節能創能
將捷集團以能源效率提升與再生能源開發雙軌推動節能創能。2025 年總用電量降低 5.05%，並於總部與休閒園區導入智慧監控；地熱發電裝置容量達 6.15MW，未來中長期目標持續擴大潔淨基載能源供給能力。
